Natural Cures For Insomnia

So I was doing some research on how to fall asleep fast (for a friend :-)   I looked at pharmaceutical sleep aids, but was just too concerned about concerned about the side effects.  I looked at the over the counter remedies, but once again, how much of that stuff can you take a night?  Finally, I figured that there must be a better way.

Thankfully, an online search provided a wealth of information on Natural Sleep remedies.  In fact, if you look online, one of the most promising natural remedies is simply melatonin; which is the hormone that your body creates when it sleeps.  What I found was that melatonin, which is available in a number of natural products, helps your body establish a natural sleep rhythm.  Because it is a natural compound that your body already makes, it doesn’t carry the dependency risks that is found in other pharmaceutical sleep aids.

So Where Do You Get Melatonin?

One of the best sources that I have found is a product called Melatrol.  It is an all natural Sleep Aid made up of melatonin and a few other natural ingredients such as a precursor to Tryptophan (the compound in turkey that makes you sleep after Thanksgiving dinner) and other natural compounds that have been researched to help you sleep.

The Natural Sleep Advantage

In addition to not being addictive, melatonin and other natural sleep remedies provide a distinct advantage over the counter or prescriptions.  Natural compounds generally don’t have the rebound effect seen in other therapies which means that you won’t feel hung over every morning after using it.  Instead, you finally have the ability to go to sleep when you want, Sleep Through The Night, and finally wake up in the morning refreshed.

Waking up refreshed!  Now that is the major advantage of melatonin for sleep.   I have included the link to Melatrol below.  They are giving away free bottles, so hopefully you have the chance to try it.
