Trouble sleeping?
About 70% of the time I have trouble sleeping, I usually sleep for an hour and a half. Other 25% the time it takes me about an hour to 2 1 / 2 hours to sleep. Then last 5% of the time, which can take three hours and six hours to sleep. This occurs about once every month and a half, but I do not know when it will strike. The previous Monday, I could not sleep all night: I may have gotten about half of sleep. The next two nights after that, I have what it take 25% of the time (1 hour to 2 1 / 2 hours), because he was worried because they do not sleep. Then last night, I fell asleep within 30 minutes. Also I was reading things about fatal familial insomnia: this week was the first time I heard of it and more concerned. I do not think I have it. But what may be the main cause of these episodes of insomnia? I have 22 years and in graduate school. It may be associated with age or maybe stress?
Stress often causes insomnia. You may want to try to get a balanced diet, eating not only at bedtime, do not drink caffeinated or alcoholic beverages one or two hours before bedtime and incorporate exercise into your daily routine. This is without doubt will help with your insomnia. If your insomnia is due to depression or is continuous you may have go to the doctor the same as there is a need to prescribe Sleeping Pills for you. Hope this helps:)
