How long you have to stay awake until you get diagnosed with chronic insomnia?
I I had insomnia for a very long time and the doctor can not do anything for me. He suggested I buy a bag of lavender and put it under my pillow. I had to laugh he went to college for eight years to become a doctor and all I can suggest is a bag of lavender for chronic insomnia.
