Does anyone else have similar symptoms like insomnia?

I returned from a year in Iraq six months ago, but still I have serious sleeping problems. I usually have to stick to the point of exhaustion, even if I did the same in the early days. 4 and 5 hours of sleep are the norm. While lying in bed I have intrusive recollections. Ambien gave Army doctors, who worked for a while, but what really makes you act funny, once you start in. Anyone else have similar?

My neighbor is Ambien. She goes to bed early because of it, but wakes up at 3 or 4:00. It does not get enough sleep sleep. Consequently, she more tired the next day. and must take a nap during the day. Apart from the Sleeping Pills are addictive more often than not lack of validity for insomnia. Many of these pills have side effects that many more benefits. You become drowsy the next day as one of permanence. You need to have PTSD. That's why I can not go to sleep in peace. You always stay alert and many fear for their safety. This is the risk of being asoldier who returned after a tour destination in a country like war-torn Iraq. War is not very popular. Unfortunately, many young Americans have died without the need for an ungrateful country. My heart is with you. Need more time to adjust to civilian life. Here are tips to enjoy a good night) Avoid stress.and anxiety. 2) Keep a clear mind. 3) Read a book. 4) Add a TV talk boring esp. 5) Try to develop a regular habit to go to bed routine. 6) Avoid strenuous exercise right before bedtime. Do not go to bed overhausted. 7) Take a hot bath relaxing just before kick off. 8) Try yoga and meditation and prayer. 9) Avoid caffeine as coffee and soda just before going to bed. 10) Drinking milk or hot chocolate decaffeinated green tea help to 11) to listen to radio, CD, MP3 or soothing. 12) If you can not sleep, not watch. You will become more anxious. And the more you try, the more will be able to sleep. 13) Go surfing equipment. Go this YA and participate. 14) Develop a hobby. 15) Make a separate list of things to do.
