Sensation and Physical Perception -Once you begin to perceive everything that you have visualized, start to feel the drowse slipping into your body and mind. You will now feel sleepy and ready to hit the sack.

Thoughts and Images -Start thinking that your entire body is shutting down from a long hard day’s work and you will eventually finally experience rest.

Motives: You are now motivated to your goal. To go deeper into that feeling of slumber. Deeper into that sleepiness.

Expectations: The more you expect the more you delve deeper into the feeling. You can now sleep well any time soon.
